I will be working on live tutorials there. I just did a cosmic funnies pattern design there. I will be working on a kirby fanart, pokemon fanart, anything really...even work I do on a daily basis wether its professionally or just for fun.

Mind you, due to the odd lag, i will keep the audio on mute otherwise you'll hear my music and myself echoing over and over....

Anyway, I have my first video posted on my livestream channel. I will have another livestream up every night night at 8:30 or 9:00 pm!

As stated in the mini comic above, I am opening a cosmic funnies group but I am in need of a few eligible deviants (Around 3-4) to become mods. (I already have 2 mods so far so I need a few more )

The requirements are simple:

1. Must have some knowledge in the basics of astronomy. It doesn't have to be technical but enough to know what a star and planet is.

2. You must have a love for space. I mean…come on..who doesn't? XD Space is so cool!

3. Must be a creative individual to come up with cool ideas to add for the group. I trust that all of you are creative since we're all on deviant art, so we all have some form of creativity. <3

And last but not least, here is the application. Please fill this out and post on this journal please! The deviants selected will receive a note and will proceed with the mod process as we will all discuss what we can do about the group together as a team!

Hey guys, I'm slowly becoming more active again..I've been really busy with work and online studies/onsite studies along with personal issues. However, I am back and ready to work on new projects!

Also, I am finally going to start working on a Cosmic Funnies group! I know I promised that in the past, but due to work and life, it had to be posponed. Now since I am not as busy, I can start planning and look for potential deviants to be mods Yay!

The group will consist of fan art submissions, contests, and of course, thinking of having an rpg series of it where you can create your own Planetary, Starry, Comety or Asteroidy Character and have them interact with other members characters and gain awesome items like starry items! Isn't that cool?

Hey guys, I know i've disappeared for a few weeks now...but that's due to class and the holidays that has kept me majorly occupied. Work also played a role to my disappearance.
However, after next wednesday, I'll be free from my semester of class work and can finally resume working on last minute holiday art since it's part of my every year tradition! After the holidays, I'll resume on my

Omg!! I just got back from work, and found some stores with power within my area. While riding on the bus, I saw crowds of people celebrating as I noticed the street lights were lit. I immdiately had a good feeling about it as I noticed my building is fully lit! I now shed tears of joy as I am now able to access internet and use my imac again along with my macbook and other devices!!!! ; u ; thank you con ed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As of now, I will resume working on my Artist meets Slendy series along with Holiday Card Designs and a Cosmic Funnies Comic That I wanted to have up by halloween.

Hey guys, i'm replying from my company's computer. Due to the events of Hurricane Sandy, most of my area in NYC has no power and is under slow recovery. I may take a while to post any work until the power is back up and running again...hopefully by tonight...

This month is ending and I still have several more Halloween art including a Cosmic Funnies Halloween entry that Needs to be done before halloween! O__O But with work and design class (Yes I continue education even thou I already have a design job ), it eats up my time for studio time at home. .___.

On the flip side, I am currently working on Holiday Card Concepts which I will be selling cards this year. I need to get the cards designed so i may have them up on my online site for sale by nov 1st. If anyone is interested in purchasing holiday cards feel free to let me know

In addition, I am working on a Slender Man Comic Series which will be shown on a separate tumblr account like i did with Cosmic Funnies. The cover art and character profiles will be up either on my new tumblr blog or shared both here and tumblr.

Hey guys, I'm wondering if you're all receiving notes from other deviants or random strangers on the net, asking you to give away your art for free. Well... (sigh..) i've been receiving too many of those kind of notes lately, and decided that it's time to put up my Art Guidelines and FAQ's for anyone who is interested in my work and is willing to PAY.

Just to make a note out there: I am an artist and working on art is not just a hobby, but what I do for a living as well. I work professionally as a graphic designer and illustrator when I am out in the real world. Everything I work on and upload here is the result of my hard work. The work I place here is conceptualized first, then sketched out, and then finally worked on the computer. This also applies to when I am painting in watercolor. Now there are there are times when I do offer free stuff but that only applies to texture packs, wallpapers, or iphone wallpapers. Those are used for personal use only and, not for commercial use.

And without further Ado, here are the FAQ's:

"Do you do art requests?"

Once upon a time, when I first came to DA and had a lot of time to spare, I used to do some requests out of sheer generosity. However, as time went by, I noticed how the list for requests increased and my time to work on my own professional work diminished. It resulted in delays and eventually lead to a burn out between my design job, requests, and personal projects i worked off the side. In conclusion, I've decided to put requests to a close.
In other words: I no longer accept requests.

"How Come You Don't Host Contests Anymore?"

My only time to work on my own self projects are during the week nights (If I have the energy to work) and weekends. I won't have time to run a contest like I used to. Besides, my last contest was a complete and utter failure, where only one person submitted a piece. I had to at least work on something for that deviant for actually participating. That was the last contest i'll ever run. I apologize for the inconvenience.

"Can you teach me how you did that (Drawing, Painting, Digital piece)?"

I cannot provide you teaching lessons. However, I do offer tutorials every now and then. I have some old ones on
my gallery somewhere. If I have time, I might just work on a new tutorial in the near future.

"Is there anything I should know to be a good artist?"

Now, that's not a bad question to ask, but I can't tell you how to be a good artist either. Everyone improves differently just as I do. I can only tell you to work hard and practice often because let's face it; Practice makes perfect after all.

"Do you work on Commissions?"

I rarely work on them due to my lack of free time. I may have time to squeeze one person per month however. If interested, Feel free to send me a note.

"Can I use your art?"
--------------------------
This is a bit of a touchy subject. It depends on what you're going to use it for. Again, as i've mentioned above, my art is not free to use. That is an complete insult to every artist out there when you ask for free stuff. It's even more insulting when it comes from someone who owns their own shop, and then asks to use the artist's own work to sell without pay. If you are that interested in my work, and want to use it, you'll have to pay for it. It's as simple as that. I don't want DA points either. I have a lot of bills that needs to be paid. However, if you just want to create an avatar to place up on your forum, blog, or other networking site you are using, feel free to do so as long as you credit me and link back to my page. This also applies to my wallpaper designs, texture packs and other sets I offer. You can use them for personal use only, and not for commercial use.
That is completely unacceptable.

Just remember that every single artist have rights to all of their works, and shouldn't be subject to give away their work because, some believe that our work is worth less and therefore, shouldn't have to pay for the artworks. Many artists (Including myself), Draw for a living so we can pay our bills, and buy our groceries. It's a job like any other job out there. For some, it may be a hobby, but for others it's most likely their only source of income,
just like my given situation.

As for new pieces of art to submit, I am currently working on a few projects. Now that i'm done working with a client, I can now work on
the things I wanted to do! Some of it includes some new cosmic funnies comic entries!
I have some kirby and Pokemon ideas on my summer art list so that should be fun to work on this weekend!

Geez...that look long enough huh? I think I mentioned that I would purchase one in December...^^" Things happened during that time so I wasn't able to purchase anything till now. Also the holidays is the worst time to purchase an expensive piece of machinery...(Holiday...shopping == ugh...)

As for the contest...I had to cancel it because I've received no entries whatsoever...ono it makes me sad. I apologize to the one person who worked hard to making that entry and because of that, I would like for him to send me a note and we'll discuss which sort of prize he shall receive for his hard work. he really deserves it.

Also...I've been receiving notes from other Da users requesting to use my art for their up and coming shops and that they wish to use it on their cards and wall art...

My only answer to this is: No :/

I don't mind if my work is being showcased on blogs with credit to me and linked to my DA page. I've found plenty of  my wallpapers showcased in wallpaper sites which is fine because its being credited to me and linked to my page. I'm ok when people give credit and not try to claim it as their own.

I only have beef when someone tries to profit off my work and hog all the credit to themselves....::sighs:: Come on now.... :/

I hate to rant....and i shouldn't be surprised but I also noticed other artists are going through this same thing...is this some kind of epidemic going on now? O.o" I hope not....I doubt it's anything recent anyway...but just curious oxo...

Anyhow, this weekend I plan to put up the Cosmic Funnies group now that I shoved my failure of a contest to the side. I hope it becomes a success

Hey guys! After doing some cleaning today, i came across a box of prints from last summer. Apparently I have a ton of prints that weren't sold at Otakon and since I am no longer attending the conventions, I am thinking of getting rid of them so I may have more space in my closet. :3 The prints consist of Doctor who, Pokemon, Kirby, and Original art prints such as Cosmic Funnies, Kouken, Dream Puffs and Desserts.

So i need your help! Please vote for the following on the polls! The sooner everyone replies..the sooner I can clean out my closet and the sooner deviants get free stuff! Sounds like a deal eh?

After working on the patterns, icon, and banner early this morning and tonight...my web comic blog is up for business! I will be submitting a couple of pieces there that won't be available in my DA gallery so feel free to check it out! That's right, I signed up to tumblr and will have my cosmic funnies series shown there on tumblr! However, the cosmic funnies entries will be shown here as well... In the blog, I will post some daily quick pieces of our favorite celestial bodies along with new comic entries so stay tuned for that! <3

As of now, I am working on a new entry as I post this journal :3 I am hoping to get this done sometime by tonight.
